Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Kaste website and the Kaste driver application. The driver application is made available only to authorized employees of medical-waste management companies that hold an active Kaste subscription. By signing in or using the services, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
Driver accounts are provisioned by your employer. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify your employer immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You must not reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the services, and you must not access data belonging to another company or another driver.
Certificates, signatures and handover confirmations are legal records of medical-waste custody. Entering false information, forging a signature, or attempting to complete a handover without the presence of an authorized facility representative is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to your employer and the competent authorities.
3. The service
The services are provided on an "as available" basis for the duration of your employer's subscription. Features vary by subscription plan, and we may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
When a subscription expires, access becomes read-only in accordance with the employer's agreement; in-progress routes may be completed.
4. Data
Operational records created through the services belong to your employer. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in the data-processing agreement between Kaste and your employer.
5. Intellectual property
Kaste and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your employer's internal operations.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaste is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by your employer for the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the services. Your employer may deactivate your account at any time as part of managing its workforce.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.
